Meeting was called to order at 4pm.
Those attending were: Maureen Banner, Laurily Epstein, Wendy Jensen, John Heffernan, and Lynne Leavitt.
After discussing expenses for Open Studio on Dec. 5, and payment of same, the committee dealt with awarding the 2010 Monterey Cultural Council Grants of $4000 determined by the Mass CC.
Meeting adjourned at 5:30pm.
